Life Keeps On!

I had the joy of watching a baby take his first three steps yesterday. Let's just say it was overwhelming and so exciting. God is consistently working in our lives- in small and big ways. Sometimes, we're so busy looking for the big stuff that we forget to rejoice in the small. October was an amazing month- tons was happening here and I have been learning so much.

Life has become "life" here- almost to the point where I have to pinch myself and remember "I live in England!". God has been teaching me a lot about my role in His kingdom as a woman and I've been wrestling with how I want to apply this into my life. In less than a month, I will fly home walk across the stage to become an official graduate of the University of Georgia. I will be living for the first time in my life as a "big kid"!!  I know people will ask me- "what's next??!?" (how does one top England?) and I've even wondered that myself, but God has made it very clear that today is the only day I can live in. He still owns tomorrow and if I'm always worrying about what's next, I may start forgetting to live where I am, in this moment. I know that where ever I am- it's big opportunity to serve the Lord.

So to make it official- I'm excited to announce my plans to move back to Augusta for a time and see what sort of trouble I can find there :) It will be a shock and probably even a disappointment to some that I am passing up some pretty big opportunities, but I am confident in this decision. I have no idea what I'll be doing- and if anyone has any ideas let me know! I am excited to see where this could lead and thankful for a supportive family and amazing friends in all of this. Hopefully I will be able to sit down and blog soon about all what God has been teaching me- but until then, God Bless!
